AzTAP offers guidance to Arizona municipalities, counties, regions, and non-profits on a variety of unique land use planning, development, and redevelopment issues and opportunities.

ULI Arizona’s goal is to make some of the best and brightest talent and thought-leaders in the industry available to local governments. The interaction between panel experts, local communities, residents and other stakeholders builds opportunities for strong public and private sector collaboration to build thriving Arizona communities.
