On Sunday, May 4, over 30 TRS members, family members and friends attended the Appreciation Day and Dirt Dike Rodeo. As planned, participants went out and rode the trails in the San Manuel area, returned for lunch for the rodeo, rodeo medal awards ceremony and raffle party. The JWJ Cycle Museum was the staging point. Riders had unlimited access to the museum to check out the many motorcycles on display.
“I wish to thank all who made this event a success. The feedback received afterward was all positive. Finally, it was great to have several new club members in attendance, I hope you had a great time,” said George Wysopal with the Trail Riders of Southern Arizona.
Prior to the riding, a special TRS Appreciation award was issued to Parrish Traweek in recognition of his continued outstanding contributions & support for the off-road motorcycling community.
“From all of us at TRS, thanks, Parrish!” said Wysopal.
