Superior Seniors visit The HIVE.
Several members of the Superior Senior Citizen Center took a field trip to the HIVE at the Superior Enterprise Center.
The group was given a tour of the complex where they had time to play with the robotic sphero bowling games, virtual reality and make items with the 3-D printers. They also were able to visit the telemedicine room to see how the room works. On-site Digital Navigators that work on site, also shared how they are equipped to help any one of any age how to use their technology better.
The HIVE is open five days a week, and the first and third Saturdays of each month. Hours are: noon-6 Monday, Wednesday and Thursday; 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday; and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday. The HIVE is open first and third Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The HIVE is housed at the Superior Enterprise Center, located at 98 High School Avenue (Original Superior High School).
