Are you ready for the Superior Public Library’s Summer Reading Program?
The Superior Public Library’s Summer Reading Program is fast approaching. This year’s theme is “Color Our World™” and this summer Superior kids will have an opportunity to show off their artistic talents. This annual summer event is made possible by the Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records through the support of the Collaborative Summer Library Program (CSLP).
Registration for Summer Reading begins on Monday, June 2, 2025. There will be four one-hour sessions this year starting Wednesday, June 25, from 11 a.m. – noon. Deadline to register is Monday, June 16. The first day will be a Welcome Day where the kids will receive their reading log and their choice of a juvenile biography of a famous artist. Each Wednesday after will feature a different activity for our young artists. On the last day, Wednesday, July 23, those who have participated will be treated to a Pizza Party.
Parents and guardians can register their kids in person or by phone during the library’s hours of operation Monday – Friday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Space is limited and registration is on a first-come-first-served basis.
