Superior – Recently, the Arizona Crime Prevention Association (ACPA), a free full day of educational Law Enforcement Training, ‘Copper Corridor Training’ at the Superior Town Hall Council Auditorium.
This event was hosted by the Pinal County Attorney’s Office and the Superior Police Department. It was attended by 20 individuals from eight different agencies: Casa Grande Police Department , Arizona Department of Public Safety, Gila County Sheriff’s Office, Hayden Police Department, Kearny Police Department, Maricopa Police Department, Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office and Mesa Police Department.
The instructors were Pat Gallagher – Mesa Police Department, Vickie Faber – Gilbert Police Department, Ann Armstrong – Arizona Automobile Theft Prevention, Nancy Larson – Pinal County Attorney’s Office and Ryan Phillips – Mesa Police Department.
Francine Gonzales, Administrative Manager, Superior Police Department stated, “We had amazing speakers and presentations on Community Policing, Crime Prevention, Robbery Prevention Kits, Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, and Active Shooter. “
