On Saturday, Nov. 9, the Oracle community welcomed one of its newest culinary locations.
In the building that formerly used to house Cook Shack, now stands Riot Grill.
The new restaurant is the creation of Dana Mayorga, and Bailey Macneill. Dana has been cooking professionally for 20 years, with 15 years in co-op environments. You might know her from her work at Cook Shack, Oracle Patio Cafe, or Way of Bean. Bailey has been cooking professionally for nearly 20 years, and has trained under Michelin Star chefs in Toronto. You may also know her as the kitchen manager at Way of Bean.
Riot Grill plans on serving its community by serving exciting and mostly nutritious food, and providing a visually stimulating outdoor community space.
Riot Grill is open Thursday-Tuesday from noon to 7 p.m., with takeout and outdoor dining. At the moment, they are serving up their limited menu, with plans to add more to it. Their current menu consists of a Sonoran Cheesesteak, Fish & Chips, and Riot Fries which can be loaded with a choice of toppings. Be sure to stop into Riot Grill and come try some of their delicious food, and support one of Oracle’s newest businesses.
