Patricia Rose Bracamonte Dominguez, 75,  passed away March 3, 2018 surrounded by her family at Mountain Vista Hospital in Mesa, AZ.

Born Feb. 21, 1942 in Superior, AZ, she is the daughter of deceased parents Carlos (Kaino) Bracamonte and Carrie Bracamonte.

Patricia is survived by her son, Randall M. Dominguez, and daughter-in-law, Margie J. Dominguez; her two sisters, Catherine Bracamonte Casillas and Angela Bracamonte Gomez; nephews, William and Erik Whitlow, Jordan Casillas, Stephen and Daniel Toscano, Montee and Brock Gomez; nieces, Eileen Toscano Lopez and Carrie Gomez; and 17 great nephews and nieces.

Patricia grew up in Superior.  She graduated in 1960 from Superior High.  Participating in Pom Pom in high school, she was known for her beautiful legs and long red hair which was her trademark.  One of her classmates referred to her as a “Red Headed Wildcat!”

She received her Associate’s degree from ASU.  She also attended Scottsdale Community College and she graduated from Apollo College as a dental assistant when she decided to do a career change.  Her main occupation was a technician where she worked many years at Dickson Electronics, Intel, Motorola and Sumitomo Mitsubishi Silicon Plant.  She also was in management for the food industry working for Ricardo’s Restaurant and Garcia’s.  She helped open a Garcia’s in Alaska where she lived several years.

She was an avid reader, spending numerous hours at the library.  She liked bowling with her purple bowling ball and was in a league named Midnight Mooners.  She enjoyed the outdoors and was a member of Boyce Thompson Arboretum.  She appreciated the beauty of the mountains surrounding Superior, especially Picket Post.

Patricia had a deep concern for the future of Superior.  She loved art, museums, catholic churches, cooking shows, exploring new restaurants and concerts.  She did lots of traveling to various locations.  Patricia was into adventure and like her dad, loved taking side roads to see where it would take her.  Anybody that new Patricia was in for a long conversation or a debate.  She was a spunky person with a “Can Do” attitude!  She devoted here life to God, her son Randy and her extended family!  Vaya Con Dios Hermana!
