San Manuel National Junior Honor Society announces new inductees

On Thursday, March 19, 2015, the San Manuel Chapter of the National Junior Honor Society proudly announced the following new inductees:  Kevin Carter, Vanessa Cazares, Selena Cruz, Araceli Curry, Taya Dockum, Celeste Large, Tiana Mendez,  Ravae Miller, Savanna Roan, Abel Ronquillo-Aguirre, Jasmine Smith, Pacey Smith-Garcia, Javier Tayamo, Lysenia Valdez, Alize Velasquez.  President Gianna Sweeny, Vice President Darien Apuron, Treasurer Dominic Solares, Secretary Celeste Maxwell-Borquez, and members Andrea Guerrero, Ashley Madrid, Olivia Ortega, Samantha Roan, and Rebecca Vargas all welcome the new members.  Mrs. Fisher, the NJHS adviser, commented that the new members are a great addition to the group. She stated to be eligible for membership, students must have a GPA of 3.25, and meet the criteria of service, scholarship, citizenship, character, and leadership.
