Oracle plays host to Tucson Marathon

The 2015 Holualoa Tucson Marathon began Sunday, Dec. 6, at the top of Cody Loop in Oracle and ended 26.2 miles later at the Golder Ranch Fire Department in Catalina.

The overall winner was Cory Logsdon of Omaha, Nebraska with a time of 2:42:21. Erica Schramm of Las Vegas, Nevada was the overall women’s champion. Her time was 2:59:52.

Nate Polaske of Oracle placed third overall.

Over 2,000 runners competed in the variety of events held during the Holualoa Tucson Marathon.

Congratulations to Nate and all the runners.
