How would you like an easier and safer way to get rid of those papers that have been nagging you for eons? Here’s your chance, thanks to Canyon Bank and the Oracle Firewise Board.
On Saturday, Oct. 24, from 10 a.m. – noon at the Oracle Fire Station a Shredding Event will be held, featuring a professional truck. You may bring your papers in a banker’s box with a lid or a bin will be provided. Paper clips, staples and rubber bands are okay. Papers are not shredded on site, but, at a secure warehouse facility for shredding and disposal.
The cost for Oracle residents is 2-3 cans of food for the Tri-Community Food Bank. If you are unable to bring food, the fire department will be happy to accept $5 cash per box.
