Mountain Vista School fielding a cross country team, hosting meets

The Miami and Mountain Vista X-Country Teams at a meet held in Oracle.

  The Mountain Vista Jr. High Cougars Cross Country Team has been busy getting in shape and competing in some races. They hosted a meet against Miami last Wednesday. Miami’s Landon Anthony took 1st place during the event. No other results were available.

  This year’s Mt. Vista team is composed of:  Tianni F. Whitman, 6^th grade; Maria Villalba, 6^th grade; Luci Chavez, 6^th grade; Jaidyn Martinez, 6^th grade; Nannah Silva, 6^th grade, Veronica Gomez, 6^th grade; Jakob Tafoya, 6^th grade; Stepha Castellanos 7^th grade and Hunter Hill, 8^th grade. The Cougars are coached by Brady Whitman.
