Horizon Health & Wellness hosted a grand opening and ribbon cutting celebration on Wednesday.  Many community leaders and members of the community attended the grand opening.  The celebration included tours of their new facility in Kearny.  Their services include medical services with access to tele-medicine health care, mental health and substance abuse counseling to support total body wellness.  The tele-medicine systems allow patients to be seen by a nurse or certified nurse assistant with the Doctor being able to view the patient via a computer.  The clinic is located at 374 Alden Road.
