Football coaches from seven teams in Division V, Section VI selected eight San Manuel players to the All-Section VI Team.

Unlike some other All-State and/or All-Section teams, head coaches of the teams in Section VI voted to select the best players in the section. Considering it was those men who saw the players perform on a weekly basis, it figures they would know the best of the best.

The following is a list of Miners’ players named to the All-Section VI Team:

2014 First-Team All-Section VI:Shane Kelley (RB/P) and Armando Sierra (Def Flex).

2014 Second-Team All-Section VI:Roberto Guerrero (OL), Antonio Gallego (OL), Francisco Medina (WR/TE), Arian Rodriguez (WR/TE), Bryan Valdez (QB), Antonio Montes (DB), and Armando Sierra (LS).
