On April 23, family and friends of the late Jax Ethan Formo gathered for a Donate Life Awareness Community Picnic. Because of generous contributions from our community, event raised $3,060. Jax’s family was able to donate $1,530 to William’s Syndrome of Arizona and $1,530 to Donate Life of Arizona in the memory of Jax Ethan Formo. Family and friends would like to thank everyone for their kindness and support throughout Jax’s Journey.
