Oracle – The Oracle Spay and Neuter Clinic has been reported as a success, due to the many people behind the lines, both professionals and volunteers. More than 100 animals were spayed or neutered, severely lessening the risk of strays or unwanted animals having to be euthanized.
One of the workers stated, “With great success comes great pride and I can truly say I’m proud of the job we all contributed to yesterday.”
Some of the people who made the day so successful are Katie Powers – Spay and Neuter Solutions, Joanne Carrillo – Santa Cruz Veterinary, Rose Steve Rice – Animal Crusaders /SCV, Jan Pede – SaddleBrooke Pet Rescue Network, Michele Ochoaski – Team up For Tucson, Pat Hubbard – Humane Society, Pauline Haas-Vaughn – Friend of All Rescues, Nicole Linneen – LIttle Bit of Love, the Oracle Fire Department, Oracle Patio Cafe and Demarcos. Dr. Karter Neal and her staff also stepped up to the challenge and helped to make the day a success for the workers, for the animals in their care, and, for the pet owners.
