According to state law, there are two methods by which police may arrest
suspected offenders. The suspect may be physically taken into the department
and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release
the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until
proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damages
