The Mountain Vista Lady Cougars 8th grade volleyball team is remains undefeated this season.
On Sept. 19, they hosted Superior who gave them a good match. The Lady Cougars won the first set 25 – 14. The Lady Panthers of Superior won the second set 25 – 20. The deciding game was won by the Lady Cougars 15 – 8.
The defending CJHL Champions remain undefeated with a record of 5 wins and 0 losses.
The 7th grade Lady Cougars won their match in straight sets 25 – 20 and 25 – 20. They have only lost one game this year and will be going to the playoffs. Their record is 4 wins and 1 loss.
Both teams play San Carlos and Eloy this week.
