The Ray football team notched its first victory of the season behind a 66 – 0 blowout against visiting Baboquivari.

Junior quarterback threw for two touchdowns, both to Fabian Valenzuela, and ran for two more in the Bearcats’ win. Sophomore running back Jando Felix ran for 99 yards on 10 carries with two touchdowns. Jayden Lagunas also had a rushing score in the game.

Dakota Willis, a junior, led the Bearcats defensively with nine tackles. Valenzuela and Lagunas finished with eight tackles each.
