The Superior Optimist Club has announced that the 14th Annual Miracle on Main Street light parade and holiday events will be held on Saturday, Dec. 2, 2017. The theme for this year’s parade is “A Superior Christmas…Past, Present, Future.” The club plans on adding additional entertainment and activities to the event.
Online parade registration is now open, there is no charge to enter the parade. Cash prizes will be awarded for the first, second and third place entries. You can register your float online at: http://bit.ly/2017MiracleonMain
Angie Gomez will also be hosting a talent show from 4pm-5pm during the event. Prize and registration details will be coming soon.
The Optimist Club invites local food vendors to participate in the event. There are no vendor fees for local non-profits or school groups who are fundraising. There is a $20 vendor fee for for-profit vendors. All food vendors must have their Pinal County health permits and vendor application submitted by Friday, Nov. 17, to both the Superior Optimist Club and the Pinal County Health Department. Vendor forms can be picked up at Random Boutique.
The event will also include visits from Santa following the parade.
