Pre-K students in Mrs. Kathy Zavala’s class at John F. Kennedy Elementary School in Superior.
John F. Kennedy Elementary Preschool is accepting applications for the 2017 – 2018 school year. Children must be four years of age by Sept. 1, 2017 and parents/guardians will need to provide the child’s original birth certificate, immunization records, and proof of residency.
The primary goal of Kennedy preschool is to help prepare students for their experience in Kindergarten. Children in the preschool program will be exposed to a readiness curriculum aligned with the Arizona State Standards for Early Childhood Education which includes social/emotional, physical, cognitive and language development. In addition, through play and hands-on experiences, teachers strive to instill in the children a positive self image, mutual respect, and a love of learning.
Applications for the preschool program are available at JFK Elementary School, 1500 Panther Dr., Superior. For questions please call (520) 689-3000 ext 3156.
