At last year’s Fill the Bowl event hosted by Superior DECA.
The Superior High School DECA club will be hosting its fourth annual Fill the Bowl soup dinner fundraiser. The club hosts this service project to build awareness about the affects of hunger in America and raise money for the Superior Food Bank.
The event will be held on Friday, Nov. 4, at the Superior Junior-Senior High School multipurpose room from 6 to 8 p.m.
The fundraiser tickets includes all you can eat soup, salad and ice tea or lemonade. Tickets are $10 per person and attendees will receive a custom designed bowl. Pre-sale tickets are available from DECA members or you can call Mrs. Christine Martinez or Mrs. Angela Brammer at 520-689-3100 ext. 3102.
Mila Besich is a resident of Superior with two children. She volunteers for many local organizations. She is an experienced fundraiser and event planner for Copper Corridor Economic Development Coalition. She covers some of the area town councils and schools.
