My boys LOVE eggnog, seriously, love it. When we serve it to them, we mix 1/2 part milk and 1/2 part eggnog – they don’t know the difference and it’s not quite so unhealthy for them. I always stock up on eggnog because I know once the holidays have ended…the eggnog goes away in the stores. I’m fairly certain they could drink it all year round.
With Christmas behind us, if you are thinking about on how to reinvent your leftovers, this may be the perfect recipe for you, should you stock up on eggnog like me. When Chobani approached me about participating in their #MadeWithChobani series to repurpose leftovers, I was more than happy to join and was inspired to make this Frozen Blended Eggnog. Enjoy!
Frozen Blended Eggnog
Serves 2
1 cup Chobani Vanilla Blended Greek Yogurt
1 1/2 cups eggnog
2 cups ice
Whipped cream, for garnish
Cinnamon, for garnish
Combine the yogurt, eggnog, and ice in a blender. Mix until frozen. Divide between 2 glasses, top with whipped cream and garnish with cinnamon, serve immediately.
