The Combs High School students were seeing red on Monday, August 31! Many at CHS are use to seeing the student population decked out in their primary school color (red), however, on Monday the color red represented a much greater cause. Combs High School participated in a blood drive benefiting the United Blood Services of Arizona. Students and staff turned out and voluntarily gave the most precious natural resource available, blood. Holiday weekends and summer activities typically have a higher demand for blood transfusions, requiring a larger on-hand blood supply. A big thank you to Combs High National Honor Society for coordinating this event and our Coyotes for helping the United Blood Services of Arizona prepare for the upcoming holiday weekend. Go Coyotes!
