On August 25, The Florence K-8 School opened their new playground equipment for use. The project to provide new playground equipment and a practice field at Florence K-8 has taken the entire summer. A full report on this project will be given at the next school board meeting with the details of the project.
The Florence Mayor, Mr. Tom Rankin was in attendance along with Dr. Amy Fuller, Florence Superintendent and Rose Marie Monks, Florence Unified School District Board Member.
