The Easter Bunny will be making his usual stop in Kearny on Saturday, April 19, to leave lots of colorful eggs for the kiddies to find at the annual Easter Egg Hunt at Hubbard Park. The hunt is slated to start promptly at 9 a.m. Unfortunately, with all the growing population of the world, this means less and less time to be spent in delivering eggs and hiding them for Mr. E. Bunny, so he is seeking helpful volunteers who love to put a smile on the face of young children.
With over 1,000 eggs to hide in the park, more volunteers are needed. Can you help? Please call 520-363-5574 if you have at least a little time and energy to donate to this fun, frolicsome annual event.
Kearny Elks Club, Owen O’Brien and Ace Pipe Cleaning, Inc. are all pals of Mr. Bunny. They generously sponsored the event in Kearny.
The Town of Hayden will be receiving its supply of eggs from Mr. E. Bunny on April 19 as well. Hop on over for lots of fun at the Easter Egg-Spress, starting at 10 a.m. Stick around after the hunt for some great music, games, prizes and food! All festivities end at noon, so that Mr. Bunny can hop on down the road for more holiday appearances.
