Oracle Piano Society
Thirty student musicians and nine distinguished faculty will arrive Jan. 3 to begin three days of Oracle’s first Chamber Music Festival.
While staying at the lovely Biosphere 2, students and faculty will also perform there in the lower habitat area. Master classes will also be held at Oracle Center for the Arts, Oracle Union Church, and Acadia Ranch Museum.
The Oracle Community Center (oraclecommunitycenter.org) donated their space for meals and pilates for musicians. The student/faculty orientation dinner will be “make your own pizza” at Nonna Maria’s (nonnamarias.com). Friday’s after concert dinner (from Oracle Patio Cafe) will be at the Triangle L Ranch (trianglelranch.com), where students and faculty will experience the lighted art pathways and the soft music of Jamie Miller’s hypnopad. For Saturday evening, Life Under the Oaks Lavender Farm (lifeundertheoakslavenderfarm.com) will host a dinner under the stars and amongst their farm animals.
