Nita J. Bingham
Our beautiful Gramme, Nita J. Bingham, passed away peacefully on Feb. 2, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was 90 years old. Gramme lived a long, beautiful life full of laughter and love. She was born June 21, 1934, and grew up on a farm in Texas with her mother, father, and two brothers. She then married the love of her life, Clarence Gayle Bingham, and had 4 children, Mike, Kyle, Gaylene, and Zane. They moved to Kearny in 1970 where she lived out the rest of her days.
Gramme loved sharing all of her stories of growing up on the farm, raising her kids, and all her experiences of life. She was an avid painter and lover of antiques. Nothing compared to her down home cookin’ and homemade ice cream. She was a beautiful soul inside and out and we will all miss her more than words can express.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Gayle; parents, Varnie and Sophie; brothers, Johnny and Gene; and grandson, Matt. She is survived by her children, Mike, Kyle, Gaylene and Zane (Patti); her grandchildren, Austin, Lyndsey (Darlene), Rhianna, Arron, Tanner, Zachary, Tyler, Dustin, JaNita and TiAnna; and her great grandchildren, Krystianah, Shaun, Dominic, Benjamin, Jaxson, Harlee, Norah and Lennon.
A luncheon will be held for Gramme at a later date.
