On Friday, August 20, the Hayden Lobos kicked off their football season with a big 32-12 win at home against Salome.
“We played okay. We have lots of room for improvement. We need to keep working hard,” commented coach John Estrada. “We’ll get put to the test on Friday, playing against the defending state champs. Mogollon has some seasoned players. We’ll have to play at our best.”
The Lobos will travel to face off against the Mogollon Mustangs on Friday, Aug. 27.
