Here’s a little factoid for all of you that attended the Pattern Energy presentation in San Manuel on June 19, 2018. If you visit Pattern Energy’s website, you’ll find no mention anywhere of the proposed San Manuel/BHP photovoltaic plant. That’s it!
Another fake meeting to drum up the locals in excitement, just like the amazing Oracle Ridge mine on the west slope of the Catalinas that was going to employ dozens of locals at a starting wage of 45K. I was at their public meeting in Oracle and I had my doubts. My doubts were confirmed. No mine, no jobs.
The only article you will find on Pattern Development’s website is the one reported by John Hernandez of the Copper Area News, June 27, 2018. Just like the Oracle Ridge mine that was supposed to be in high gear by now, Pattern Energy’s plan is just more Blue Sky to impress investors and raise their stock price.
Can we please just wake up to these clowns and not get dazzled by their dog and pony shows? Please.
