Lavon Medlock, 77, passed away in Mesa from natural causes on Jan. 14, 2018. She was born in Manhattan, KS.
She attended the Clark School of Business and was employed as a secretary, and was also a homemaker. Lavon enjoyed attending church and crafting.
Lavon was preceded in death by Sidney Medlock on Jan. 31, 2011. She is survived by Kim (Robert) Sacra, Tim (Penny) Medlock, and, grandchildren, Shelby and Nathen Medlock.
Services were held at First Baptist Church of Mesa, 4801 E. Brown Rd. in Mesa on Jan. 20 at 1 p.m. Lavon was interred at Fairview Cemetery in Superior.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donation to the American Diabetes Association.
