The Superior girls basketball team competed in Epic Tourneys New Year Classic. After battling their way through their bracket, they ended up in the championship game.
The Lady Panthers faced off against the 4A Shadow Mountain. The girls played a tough game, and kept it close with Shadow Mountain. Unfortunately, the girls were unable to claim the victory. The final score of the game sat at 32-34, making the Lady Panthers the runner-ups.
The regular season will resume for Superior, San Manuel, Ray, and Hayden this week.
