
Kenneth Milton McGrew Sr.
Kenneth Milton McGrew Sr., 86, of San Manuel, Arizona, passed away peacefully on Aug. 7, 2025. Born on Aug. 26, 1938, he was a devoted husband to Chaille Ann Crews and a loving father to Kenneth McGrew, Jr., Amy Kathleen Oldham and Julie Lynelle Baughman.
Kenneth was a hard-working and dedicated man who spent 33 years as a Journeyman Industrial Mechanic for Magma Copper Company. Known for his bright smile and easy-going nature, he earned the affectionate nickname “Dangerous Dan McGrew” from his colleagues—a testament to his spirited personality and camaraderie in the workplace.
Though he never sought the spotlight, Kenneth’s life was a quiet example of steadfast love and commitment. He always made time for his family, offering support and a steady presence. Outside of work, Kenneth enjoyed pursuing genealogy, tending his garden, and raising livestock— interests that reflected his love for family roots, the beauty of the outdoors, and the simple joy of working with his hands.
He is survived by his three children, seven grandchildren, and one great-grandchild, along with many extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
A memorial service will be held on Aug. 26, 2025, at 11 a.m. at Vistoso Funeral Home.
Kenneth’s legacy lives on in the lessons he taught, the love he gave, and the many treasured memories he leaves behind.
