The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. Nicholas Alvarado, 31, was arrested in the 400 block of Ivanhoe Rd. and was charged with threatening/intimidation and disorderly conduct. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.

Officers assisted with a request for an emergency order of protection.
Dec. 28
Thomas Gabaldon, 33, was arrested in the 300 block of Alden Rd. and was charged with driving on a suspended license. He was cited and released.
Dec. 29
Rita C. Baldenegro, 51, was arrested in the 300 block of Alden Rd. and was charged with driving on a suspended license. She was cited and released.
Jan. 1
Isaiah Delgado, 19, was arrested in the area of Danbury Rd. and Upton Dr. and was charged with minor consumption of alcohol. He was cited and released. A juvenile was also arrested at the same location and was charged with minor consumption of alcohol. He was cited and released.
Jan. 3
An accident without injuries was reported in the area of Hwy. 177 and Old Ray Rd. The driver was cited for no valid driver’s license and failure to avoid a collision.
Jan. 5
Criminal damage was reported in the 300 block of Hartford Rd.
Jan. 6
Travis Manuel Lusk, 25, was arrested in the 300 block of Alden Rd. and was charged with driving on a suspended license. He was cited and released.
