Jodie (Birkett) Olsen
It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of a beautiful soul, Jodie (Birkett) Olsen. Jodie passed away Feb. 28, 2025, at the age of 41. She was born Sept. 25, 1983.
Jodie was the beloved wife of Shane Olsen, mother of Macie and Waylon Olsen, daughter of Gary and Lorraine Birkett, as well as a cherished family member and friend to many more. Jodie fought a brave but short battle with cancer and passed at home, surrounded by loved ones.
Services will be held on March 15, 2025, at 11 a.m. at the Infant Jesus of Prague Catholic Church in Kearny. A celebration of life for Jodie will follow at the Firehouse Saloon where food will be served and memories shared.
Jodie will be missed dearly and will live on in our hearts forever!
