Trevor Smith tapes an interview with Kevin Armbrust of the American Flag Gang.

The Free Little Pantry in Oracle has drawn attention from Pinal County. Nancy Larsen, Community Liaison for Pinal County Attorney’s Office, visited the mini food pantry on Thursday, Sept. 24, 2020.

Nancy took an interest in the pantry and delivered some donated books and DVDs for the pantry. She liked the idea of the food pantry and thought other people in the county may want to set up mini pantries in their neighborhoods. Oracle is the first Little Free Pantry in Pinal County.

Also visiting with Nancy was Trevor Smith, Public Information Office. Trevor filmed a video about the Free Little Pantry and how it got started. He interviewed some of the people involved including Tina Acosta who initiated the idea and Kevin Armbrust, a member of the American Flag Ranch Gang who built and secured the pantry. Look for the video soon at the Pinal County Attorney’s Office website: https//:pinalcountyattorney.org or on their Facebook page.
