Fred Fode of Casa Grande passed away Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2020, at the age of 86 from pancreatic cancer.
He was born Dec. 22, 1933, in Gregory, South Dakota. He married Lois Vaughn on Nov. 1, 1953 and they moved to Arizona in 1964. He worked at Magma Copper Company until his retirement in 1997.
Fred loved building wind chimes.
He leaves behind his three children, Patsy Lopez, Monie Boulware and Gregg Fode; eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Services for Mr. Fode will be held Saturday, Dec. 12, at 1:30 p.m. at the Catalina Lutheran Church, 15855 N. Twin Lakes Dr., Catalina. Interment will follow at Evergreen Mortuary and Cemetery in Tucson.
