The Superior High School Future Business Leaders of America hosted their annual Fill-A Bowl fundraiser to benefit the Superior Food Bank on Friday, Nov. 15. This year the students once again raised over $2,000 for the food bank. The event featured several soups, salad and dessert.
The members of the FBLA along with staff and students at the Superior Junior Senior High School decorate bowls and help to prepare the soups for the event. This important fundraiser is a not only a community service project for FBLA but has also provided a helped the food bank to raise funds to support their holiday food boxes and general operations throughout the year.
The event also helps to bring awareness to food insecurity throughout the country.
