The Hayden offense scored 22 points or more in three of four quarters during last Friday’s 76 – 36 victory against visiting Arete Prep.
The win improved the Lobos record to 3 – 1.
Hayden scored 24, 22, and 23 points in the first three quarters, respectively.
“Our line dominated on offense,” answered Hayden head coach John Estrada, when asked about his team’s performance. “We played well and executed as a team.”
The Lobos host Ray this Friday in the next edition of the schools’ rivalry.
“It’s like any other game,” Estrada said. “Ray is No. 5 in the state. We better be ready to play.”
How can the Lobos notch their fourth win of the year?
“Do our jobs,” Estrada responded.
