Evangelina R. Plageman

  Evangelina R. Plageman, “Angie” as she was know, went home to be with her Lord Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2019. She was born Aug. 20, 1932.

  Angie is survived by her husband of almost 36 years, Bob; brother, Jesus; sons, Tony (Linda) and Albert (Nora) Pena; daughter, Alma (Brad) Yant; daughter-in-law, DeeDee Pena; nephew, Andy; grandchildren, Christofer, Lisandra, Sieana and Josh Pena, and Michelle Blackman Haag (Michael); great-grandchildren, Logan, Mikey, Maverik and Mia Haag.

  She is preceded in death by her parents, Antonia Rodriguez Zazueta and Innocente Rodriguez; sister-in-law, Mary Lou; nephew, David; niece, Sylvia; and son, Michael.

  Angie retired from Hughes aircraft in 1989. She loved fishing, camping and her Lord. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

  Graveside services for Angie will be held at Holy Hope Cemetery, 3555 N. Oracle Rd. (at Prince Rd.), Tucson, on Friday, Oct. 4, at 1 p.m. with a pot luck reception following the service at 4 p.m. at 206 E. Avenue G in San Manuel.
