Evangelina P. Quijada
Evangelina “Eva” Perez Quijada was born on Feb. 16, 1939, in Arivechi, Sonora, Mexico to Dandiel Perez Granillo and Loreto Lugo Lopez. She departed this life on Thursday, Jan. 30, 2025, in the comfort of her home, surrounded by her loved ones, after a very short battle with leukemia.

She is survived by her spouse, Miguel Angel Quijada; her children, Claudia (Victor) Rodriguez and Arturo (Alma) Quijada; two brothers, three sisters, 11 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her two sons, Miguel Quijada Jr. and Daniel Quijada.
Services for Mrs. Quijada were held Saturday, Feb. 8, at Casa de Salvacion (formerly, Mammoth Assembly of God). Interment followed at Valley View Cemetery in Mammoth.
