Diana Lynn Palmer

  Diana Lynn Palmer, 70, formerly of Akron, OH left us suddenly on Monday, Sept. 10, 2018. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

  Diane was born in Akron, Ohio on Aug. 3, 1948 and has been a resident of Kearny, Arizona for the last 30 years. She retired as a haul truck driver from ASARCO in 2001. After retirement, Diane found joy in giving back to her community where she volunteered with the food banks and was a member of the Kearny Volunteer Police.

  Diane is survived by her son, Ron Costa of Akron, OH, daughter, Angie (Tim) Gotto of Kearny, AZ; four grandchildren, Stephanie and Nick Costa, and Cody and Lane Gotto; sisters, Carol (Vic) Lewis of Kearny, AZ, and Barbara (Frankie) Bright of Beverly, WV; brother Paul Terwilliger of Akron, OH; and several nieces and nephews.

  A memorial service will be held at Griffith Mortuary in Kearny, AZ on Sept. 21, 2018 at 10 a.m. A luncheon will follow at Ray Hall at the Church of the Good Shepherd. Burial services will be held at Greenlawn Cemetery in Akron, OH on Sept. 27, 2018 at 10 a.m.
