Cindy Shepherd-Blair

  Cindy Shepherd-Blair, 61, passed away due to cancer on April 29, 2018, in Mammoth.  She was known as the best cosmetologist.

   Cindy is preceded in death by her father, Ray Otis Blair, and sister, Sharon Elaine Blair.

  She is survived by her mother, Vonda Blair; two daughters, Gulena Shepherd-Hogg and Blair Shepherd;  son,  Dwayne Shepherd; eight grandchildren, Harley Shepherd, Macyna Shepherd, Amber Shepherd-Valenzuela, Violet Shepherd-Valenzuela, Levi Shepherd, Sierra Shepherd, Shania Shepherd and Dezmarae.

   A memorial service will be held at Mammoth Community Center, 101 W. 5th Ave. in Mammoth on May 19, at 2 p.m.  This will be a potluck. Please bring food to share.
