Christine “Binki” (McKay) McNulty, 74, passed away in Oracle on Aug. 11, 2024, from pancreatic cancer.
She is survived by her husband, Jim McNulty of Oracle; son, Michael McNulty of Merrik, New York; brother, William (Bill) McKay of Gold Canyon; sisters, Gina (McKay) Knight of Newcaste, Wyoming and Donna (McKay) Garcia of Brighton, Colorado.
Binki attended elementary school in Mammoth and Oracle and went on to graduate San Manuel High School, Class of 1967. Afterward she attended Tucson Beauty College.
She worked as a beautician, personnel assistant for medical offices in Sun City, Executive Assistant to Business Manager for the Phoenix Suns, Business assistant to head of Geology at Newmont Mining in Nevada and Executive Assistant for Superintendent of Schools in Elko Nevada School District.
Binki loved to travel and spend time with her family. She enjoyed camping, playing games and singing. She loved getting family and friends together. If you knew Binki, you loved her, she always brought sunshine into your heart.
Binki was a lifelong member of the Oracle Union Church where she served in numerous roles to support the church and the local Oracle community. She was a kind and loving lady who will be deeply missed.
A Celebration of Life Service for Christine McNulty will be held at the Oracle Union Church, located at 705 E. American Ave. in Oracle, on Saturday, Oct. 12, beginning at noon. She will be buried in Eureka, Nevada.
