The Town of Superior swore new police chief Joaquin Manuel during their September Council meeting. Chief Manuel began his new role on September 12th after the Town Council approved his contract. Manuel has started with the Superior Police Department in February 2023 as a reserve detective, following an extensive career in law enforcement serving with the Gila River Police Department.
