Charlotte Ann Strawn passed away at Northwest Hospital on May 14, 2024, from a heart attack.

She was born Charlotte Ann Hartman, daughter to Donald Clyde and Violet Ingeborg Hartman, on Sept. 29, 1948, in Winner, South Dakota.

In 1959 the Hartman Family, Donald, Violet, David, Clyde and Charlotte, left South Dakota and move to Oracle, Arizona. The youngest brother Allen was born in Arizona in 1960.

Charlotte went to school at San Manuel High School and in her Sophomore and Junior year she received All State for her singing. The family moved to Colorado where Charlotte graduated from Cortez High School in Colorado. Later the family moved back to Oracle, Arizona.

In the 70s, Charlotte met and married Richard Cluster and had two children, Michelle and Dusty.

After divorcing Richard, she met Ronald Strawn, who had three children of his own, and in 1983 they got married and moved to Oracle, where they resided for 41 years.

Charlotte had three great loves in her life: most important was her family, the second her music and the third one was the Oracle Fire Department, where she was a dispatcher and volunteer firefighter for 14 years.

Charlotte leaves behind her husband, Ronald Strawn; a daughter, Michelle “Shelly” Sellers (Joseph); granddaughter, Rebecca; three great-grandchildren, Logan, Hali and Bella of Kingman; son, Dusty Cluster, and grandson, Tyler Cluster, both of Show Low; Ron’s daughter, Rhonda Krause (David), and their two children, Nichole and David; and Ron’s two sons, Steven and Daniel Strawn of Pratt, Kansas. She also leaves behind two brothers, Allen Hartman of Eager, and Clyde Hartman of Oracle.

Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents, Don and Violet, and brother, David.

Charlotte’s wishes were to be laid to rest next to her mom and dad in the Oracle Cemetery with a quiet family ceremony.
