The Annual Jack Ass Dash will be hosted by the BRAY organization. The events will kick off in downtown Superior on Saturday. The event will include the annual run throughout the Town of Superior as well as a longer course into the Tonto National Forest.
There will be additional events and food trucks available in downtown Superior beginning at 11 a.m. until after 3 p.m. The best time to see the burros is before they take off for their race before 11 a.m.
Schedule of events for runners and burro handlers:
• 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Vet-In and Check-In
• 10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Pre-Race Meeting/Safety Brief
• 11 a.m. STARTING BELL GOES OFF AND RACE BEGINS
• 3 p.m. Awards at Besich Park
