On Thursday, May 16, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Oracle Firewise will host a town hall meeting at the Oracle Community Center. You are invited to attend and learn how to prepare yourself, your home and your property for wildfire season! Pick up Firewise and safety handouts. There will be free raffles of a book ‘Surviving Wildfire’ and a 72-hour Evac-Pack for two. You must be present to win.
Representatives from Oracle Fire District, Arizona Department of Forestry and Fire Management, Coronado National Forest, Pinal County Emergency Management, Pinal County Supervisor Jeff McClure’s office, Pinal County Sheriff’s Office and Congressman Juan Ciscomani’s office will be in attendance.
