A free financial security workshop series titled Building Financial Security will be taught at Superior Public Library, 99 Kellner Ave. in Superior, on Thursdays, May 9, 16, 23 and 30, from 2 p.m. through 4 p.m. for each date. There will also be a single session, “Where Does Your Money Go?” held Thursday, May 2, also from 2 p.m. through 4 p.m. Registration began Tuesday, April 9, at the Superior Public Library.
In order by week, the four-part series will focus on Money Attitudes and Spending Plans, Strategies for Saving Money, Debt 101 Credit Cards and Loans, and Credit Reports and Credit Scores. Certificates and incentive will be given at the end of the series.
