Beginning Jan. 1, 2024, residents of Dudleyville will be served by the Kearny Police Dispatch services at Kearny Police and Fire.  Residents using 911 will be patched through to the Kearny Dispatch and then, from Kearny Dispatch, the Dudleyville Fire will be paged to the call.

Town of Kearny dispatch has been providing regional dispatch services to communities and entities outside of Kearny for many years.  In 2005, they began providing dispatch services to Hayden Fire, Hayden PD and Winkelman Fire.  San Manuel Fire began contracting with Kearny Dispatch in 2018.  Occasionally Kearny has provided back up dispatch for the Superior Fire department as well.

Kearny Dispatch also provides the Emergency Medical Service (EMS) dispatch for the Cobre Valley Ambulance.  The service area for the Cobre Valley Ambulance service begins at the top of “The Divide” on Highway 177 and serves all the homes, ranches, communities  and desert area at least a mile north of Winkelman and south to the bridge just south of the CAC Aravaipa campus.

Ilsa Garcia, the Dispatch Supervisor for the Kearny Police and Fire Department, explained that due to the large service area that CVRMC Ambulance has, the dispatch team is knowledgable and equipped to add the Dudleyville fire dispatching to their service area. Kearny Dispatch has been handling all of the EMS calls and is familiar with the area due to that previous service.

Residents of Dudleyville should continue to call 911 for fire emergencies and medical emergencies.
