“And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.” – 1 Corinthians 13:13

Frances Aranda, 92, of Hayden, Arizona, hugged JESUS early in the morning Tuesday June 7, 2022.

Frances came into the world, the youngest of 12 brothers and sisters in Hayden, Jan. 21, 1930, blessing her parents Fidel and Concepcion Padilla; siblings Consuelo, Carmen, Angelina, Taurina [sp.], Felicitas, Robert, Fidel, Miguel, and three others who died in Mexico: Fidel, Francisco, Aurelio.

At the age of 16, she eloped with Salvador Aranda of Hayden, right after he was discharged from the Navy in 1945. They began their wonderful life together in Tiger, Arizona. They moved a few years later to Hayden with their young sons, Salvador, Richard, and Alex to follow. Together they built the home Frances would live all the days of her life: in just 30 days. Salvador and Frances loved their boys and each other passionately.

Frances loved and served everyone around her. She spent years caring for her mother in her mother’s final years. She cared and ministered to her loving husband, Salvador during his life on earth and especially in his struggle with cancer. Her husband went to Heaven in 1994. And in 2003, she was with her daughter-in-law Patsy helping her as her son, Richard, enter Heaven.

Frances’ faith, hope, and love in JESUS CHRIST is what made her the wonderful lady everyone wanted to be around. She leaves a legacy of joy for her family and friends to carry on.

The immediate family she leaves to carry this legacy on are Salvador, Carol, Alicia, Herbie, Isaac, Rachel, Michael, Jill, Amber, Michael, Tyler, Brooklyn, Patsy, Rick, Kathy, Sam, Felicia, Donald, Ezekiel, Elijah, Stephen, Michaela, Charlie, Jacqueline, Melody, Eric, Seth, Emrys, Daniel, Heidi, and Alex.

We would like to thank all of Frances’ family and friends for all the love and beautiful memories you provided her. GOD bless you all. You filled her with joy and happiness during her journey on earth.

Finally, to all the doctors, nurses, and medical personnel that provided care and comfort during her most physically challenging times, thank you and GOD bless you all.

Frances’ final desire to everyone reading this at this moment: repent, love JESUS, pray. Read The Word. Get into a Bible/JESUS-believing church and be born again. John, 3:16.

Celebration of Life will be at Lighthouse Assembly of GOD, Winkelman, AZ, Saturday, June 18, 2022. Visitation will begin at 8:30 a.m. followed by services 9 a.m. She will be laid to rest at Mountain View Cemetery in Hayden, Arizona. Luncheon at Lighthouse Assembly of GOD, Winkelman, will follow interment.
